Well here is an update on the Fox Costume.

The near finishing work.. Remember I had posted before Christmas my daughter wanted to make an animal costume. She wanted to be in a fox costume for Christmas. Well being so close to the holiday she was not able to fully complete the costume, but she was able to get the tail and ears done. It took her 2 1/2 days to make the tail. That was a lot of brushing yarn out.

Her ears were easy, she just bought a pair of clearence ears from Walmart that were smaller and she tweaked the headband adding her own touch and ear templates, adding fabric and brushed out yarn. Lol. All in all it was a very cute outfit she put together and everyone liked her idea. When she wore it out in public she got a lot of comments and everyone asked how on earth she made the tail. Lol. Her reply was "a lot of pain brushing her fingers and yarn out, but it was all worth it." Lol! What was so funny was our german shepherd literally loved the tail. Everytime my daughter would walk by her our german shepherd would drop to the floor and roll over then get back up and follow my daughter as though they were a pack, the dog could not get enough of the tail. Lol.

We will see what she makes next. :)
