Posting Update and Prayer Request

Well a lot has happened over the course of the last several days. I had to rush out of here on Friday as I had recieved a call from the nursing facility that my family member was being taken to the hospital with more serious medical issues. Most know from past recent posts that we just transferred her in to long term care. This has been an on going struggle for the last 3 1/2 years and just as we had all felt like now things will get better because she was being admitted long term, this happens. It seems like every time we think we are getting one step ahead of the medical concerns something else happens. A lot of tests were done and I have been recieving the results over the course of the last couple of days updating our family members on what they need to prepare for. The honest truth is as tiresome and frustrating as this has been I feel a little broken inside watching her struggle and find a will to continue.

Our latest results are really coming down to a number on the days she will remain with us in this life. It really falls on her now if she wants to continue this fight or let it go for an eternal rest. My heart is heavy for her struggle but I am able to find the peace still in Christ knowing that each day He is ordering all of our steps and each day He continues to hold our hands and cradle our loved one in his arms until she is ready to go to her eternal home. The days ahead and the other results we are waiting for will tell us more details on her situation and what happens from this point. If our followers would keep us lifted in your prayers we certainly would appreciate any extra prayers as we expect things to be rough from here.

On an other note I wanted to say that we will continue to update our blog and of course we have some fantastic reviews coming for those looking to find some good curriculum.  We also share more on our facebook page, we generally bounce back in forth especially when I am back n forth between the hospital and home.

Thank you all for your patience as we have started the year off little slower then we expected to.

Remember that homeschool conventions are coming up and now is the time to start preparing your agenda. There will be lots to see and do during convention. It will be overwhelming if you are not prepared so I recommend planning ahead and preparing all you can.

Have a great week everyone!

Happy Homeschooling!
